Kirishima is a 12-seat omakase counter on Camberwell Road opened by chefs Jun Ha Park and Yohan Ji, who previously worked together at Ichi Ni Izakaya. There is no a la carte menu: the chefs serve a set sequence of 21 to 22 courses that moves from small seasonal appetisers through hand-pressed nigiri to a hot rice dish and dessert. The restaurant is named after the Kirishima mountains in Kyushu.
