Kiroren Uyghur Restaurant

Kiroren is a Uyghur restaurant on Barkly Street in Footscray. Its menu is built on laghman - hand-pulled noodles served long, cut short or wide, stir-fried or in sauce with lamb, chicken and vegetables - alongside charcoal lamb skewers, tawa kawap on Turkish bread, roasted lamb ribs and a whole roast lamb for large groups. Stir-fried spiced chicken with vegetables and noodles, the Uyghur version of big plate chicken, is offered on the bone and boneless.
