Little Havana

Little Havana is a Cuban sandwich specialist in Prahran run by chef Charlie Carrington of Atlas Dining, serving a traditional pork Cubano alongside smoked beef, grilled chicken and mushroom variations made with house-cured, hand-pressed meats. Carrington has said the traditional Cubano is deserving of being called the best sandwich in the world, and the venue is one of the only shops in Melbourne dedicated specifically to Cuban sandwiches.
