Mudo Dining & Bar

Mudo Dining & Bar is a dining room and cocktail bar on Commercial Road that cooks modern Australian food with Korean seasoning over a woodfire grill. The kitchen uses the grill across the whole menu, from oysters and skewers through to lamb shoulder, wagyu and whole fish, with ganjang, doenjang and gochujang carrying the Korean side. A lunch menu adds bibimbap, claypot rice and kimchi fried rice.
