Pho Chu The Footscray

Pho Chu The, also trading as Uncle The's, is the original Hopkins Street shop of a family-run Footscray pho business that says it has been family owned since 1989; a second shop trades on Victoria Street in Richmond. The menu is limited to beef and chicken pho, sold by cut, from rare beef and brisket through tendon, tripe and cartilage to shredded chicken and chicken offal.
