Phuoc Thanh Bakery

Phuoc Thanh Bakery is a Vietnamese banh mi bakery on Victoria Street, Richmond. Its own site says the business started on Victoria Street in 1999 and is the home of the Phuoc Thanh pate and its crispy pork, and it now also runs stores at Chadstone, Emporium and a second Richmond shop at 148 Victoria Street that serves walk-in customers as well as catering and delivery. Alongside banh mi it sells rice paper rolls, vermicelli and salad bowls and Vietnamese coffee.
