Taho Tayo

Taho Tayo is a Filipino taho stall at Dandenong Market run by chef Matthew Paredes, serving warm silken tofu with arnibal syrup and hand-rolled tapioca pearls. The tofu is made fresh on site through the day, and the pearls are flavoured to match each cup. It grew out of market pop-ups before becoming a permanent shop at the market.
