Taiwan Village Carlton

Taiwan Village began as a 15-seat takeaway on King Street in Melbourne and now trades from Lygon Street in Carlton, with a second shop on Spencer Street in West Melbourne. The kitchen is built around Taiwanese fried chicken cutlets and braised pork rice, sold on their own or as bento boxes with rice and sides. Other items include intestine mee sua, popcorn chicken, salt-and-pepper calamari and fried shishamo.
