Tengri Tag

Tengri Tag is a Uyghur restaurant on Lonsdale Street in Dandenong, trading as Tengri Tag Restaurant & Reception. The menu is built on handmade noodles served a dozen ways with lamb, beef, tomato and egg or chilli, plus lamb kebabs, Xinjiang dumplings by the twenty, pilaf and baked bread with lamb. A long cold-dish section covers bean starch salad, tiger salad and marinated beef, ox tongue and lamb tripe.
