Bar Adri

Bar Adri is a wine bar and all-day dining room on Fitzroy Street, St Kilda, run by chef Mattia, formerly of Osteria Ilaria, with his partner Adriana Aloisio managing the floor. Its launch dishes, per Broadsheet, included charred Skull Island prawns, cordon bleu with potato terrine and hibachi-grilled calamari.
