Bau Truong is a Vietnamese restaurant on Hughes Street in Cabramatta, run by the Cang family since 1995 after founder Bac Cang Nghieu took over the original restaurant (opened 1992 in Belvedere Arcade) with her son Michael and daughter. It is known for grilled meats, rice paper roll wraps and salads inspired by old Saigon markets, and has since expanded to Harbord Diggers and Mounties locations.
