Tan Viet Noodle House is a Chinese-Vietnamese noodle restaurant on John Street in Cabramatta, with a second location at Darling Square. It has operated as a family-owned business for over 30 years, serving crispy skin chicken, broken rice and noodle soups in a choice of egg, flat egg, rice or clear noodles. Currently pickup-only, with dine-in limited to 45 minutes during peak periods.
