Brick Valley Yum Cha & Bar is a Cantonese yum cha restaurant and late-night bar at The Glen Shopping Centre, owned by Donny Chen. It serves traditional dim sum via tick-box order sheets (har gow, siu mai, steamed buns, rice noodle rolls) from mid-morning, switches to a Cantonese dinner menu in the evening, and becomes a bar after 9pm, with the venue decorated throughout with brick/collectible-building displays.
