David's Master Pot Box Hill

David's Master Pot is a Sichuan hotpot and malatang chain that started in 2018 and now lists 19 stores across Australia, including one at 606 Station Street in Box Hill. It runs an assisted self-serve model: diners pick from more than 100 ingredients and choose a soup base, which is then cooked for them. Seven bases are offered, from the signature spicy malatang and stir-fry spicy pot to pork bone, pickled cabbage, tomato and coconut laksa broths.
