Dooboo Box Hill

Dooboo is a Korean soon-tofu and stew restaurant with four Melbourne shops, one of them on Market Street in Box Hill. Its silken tofu stews come in seven versions from mild to seafood and pork intestine, each served with sotbap hot pot rice cooked to order and side dishes. The rest of the menu covers pork bone stew, gukbap, ginseng chicken soup, hot stone bibimbap, tteokbokki, donkatsu and charcoal-grilled pork neck galbi.
