Dolan on Silk Road is a halal Uyghur restaurant on Whitehorse Road in Box Hill, run by owner Ilham Aziz. Its menu is built on lamb and hand-made noodles: big plate chicken over hand-cut flat noodles, charcoal lamb kebabs, roast lamb legs and whole lamb by pre-order, cumin lamb, liangpi cold noodle salad and Uyghur pilaf and baked buns.
