Ho Liao Wynyard is chef Junda Khoo's Malaysian beer hall and communal dining venue from the Ho Jiak group, a few steps from Wynyard Station in Sydney's CBD and a sibling of Ho Liao Melbourne. The menu collects dishes from across the group's restaurants, including char koay teow, laksa bombs, satay, Moutai roast duck, live mud crab, assam Nyonya fish, dim sum and claypot rice, served at long shared tables. The name means 'good stuff' in Hokkien.
