Jade Swallow

Jade Swallow (僑苑) is a Cantonese fine-dining restaurant on Level 2 at 54 Montclair Ave, Glen Waverley. It runs a handcrafted dim sum service at lunch — steamed prawn dumplings, sui mai, rice noodle rolls, baked and steamed buns — and an a la carte dinner menu of signature Cantonese dishes, live seafood and premium abalone. The venue has five private dining rooms named Moon, Rain, Lake, Leaf and Boat, seating between eight and sixteen guests each.
