Lilong Darling Square

Lilong is the Shanghai street-food brand of the Taste of Shanghai group, and its Darling Square shop sits on Little Hay Street in Haymarket. The Darling Square order form opens with four dishes it heads 'Signature Dim Sum' — xiao long bao, pan-fried pork buns, pork and chive boiled dumplings and pork wontons in chilli sauce — and goes on to steamed dumplings, Peking duck, Shanghai noodles and rice cakes. The group takes its name from the laneway neighbourhoods of Shanghai.
