Little River Bakery & Provisions

Little River is a neighbourhood bakery and provisions store at 44 Reservoir Street, Surry Hills, opened by Josh Raine and Keliann Zellman, the owners of the wine bar 40Res a few doors along, and named after their son. Bakers Hannah and Joe Gray, who previously ran the bakery Little Sugar in the UK and worked with Raine at Tetsuya's, make sourdough, baguettes, Pepe Saya butter pastries, made-to-order sandwiches, pies and savoury bakes on site each day. Wattleseed is a house ingredient across breads and pastries, coffee is from Toby's Estate, and the shelves carry 40Res pantry products such as vinaigrettes and handmade pasta.
