Lotus Dumpling Bar Circular Quay is the Lotus Dining Group's dumpling bar in the Quay Quarter Tower on Bridge Street in the Sydney CBD. It serves handmade steamed, boiled and fried dumplings, including its Jade Prawn dumpling and pork xiao long bao, alongside wok-fried mains such as kung pao chicken and dan dan noodles, with a walk-up bar and wines by the glass.
