Second Sydney store of O'Donuts, founded by MaoTing Chiu, which makes Japanese-style nama doughnuts from a pumpkin-enriched, slow-fermented dough. The range covers sweet fillings such as custard, matcha, pistachio and brûlée custard plus savoury truffle cream cheese, smoked salmon and ham versions; the first store is in Chatswood.
