Rosie Campbell's

Rosie Campbell's is a Jamaican-inspired jerk restaurant and rum bar in Surry Hills, serving flame-grilled jerk chicken, curry goat, oxtail stew and codfish fritters alongside tropical cocktails and a bottomless daiquiri lunch. It describes its cooking as "our take on traditional Jamaican cuisine balanced with modern culinary twists" and is one of only a small number of dedicated Caribbean restaurants in Sydney.
