Simon's Peiking Duck

Simon's Peiking Duck is a set-menu Peking duck restaurant on Middleborough Road in Box Hill South. It serves only whole-duck set menus, with one duck recommended for two or three people, comprising pancakes, spring onion, cucumber, plum sauce, a stir-fried course and duck bone soup. The restaurant says it continues to prepare the dishes in the same style as its late namesake, Simon.
