Tam Jiak

Tam Jiak is the Ho Jiak group's restaurant inside the new Sydney Fish Market, co-founded by Junda Khoo with Loong Oon as head chef. The menu pairs land and sea in Malaysian-Chinese dishes — live mud crab, lobster and pipis cooked to order, dim sum, satay, char koay teow with Alaskan king crab and a squid-ink glazed roast duck. Set menus and tasting menus are offered alongside the a la carte list.
