The Frog Club is a bar and grill at 163 Chapel Street, Windsor, from the team behind Gilson in South Yarra (Jamie McBride and Marc Gurman, with culinary director Angel Fernandez). The menu runs from caviar, oysters and a seafood plateau through a grill of dry-aged steaks, from a 200g eye fillet to a 1kg wagyu cote de boeuf, alongside a cheeseburger and a lobster roll. It describes itself as a late-night grill, serving until midnight nightly with DJs playing vinyl, and from 25 October 2026 opens Sundays from midday.
