Italian-American restaurant and bar from hospitality group Sunday Co. in the heritage-listed Burns Philp Building on Bridge Street, modelled on mid-century New York dining rooms. The menu runs from antipasti and handmade pasta, including a 10-layer lasagna and prawn and scallop agnolotti, to charcoal-grilled meats and seafood, with 18-inch New York pizza at the bar late at night.
