Ahma Taiwanese Street Food

Ahma is a Taiwanese street food shop in the 206 Bourke Street arcade in the Melbourne CBD, named for the Taiwanese word for grandmother. The menu is built around braised pork rice - plain, pork belly, pork chop and a deluxe version with all three - served with a braised egg, braised tofu and pickled cucumber, alongside bento sets, night-market snacks such as popcorn chicken, steamed buns and pork blood rice cake, and braised beef noodle soup. Desserts are made in house.
