Côte Basque is a European grill restaurant on Crossley Street in Melbourne's CBD drawing on the traditions of the Basque country, built around a wood-fired grill and oven. The menu carries Basque-country references throughout, including Ossau-Iraty sheep's cheese, sauce Basquaise, sauce Gilda and sauce bilbaína, alongside Family Blackmore's Rohne beef, a Galician Rubia Gallega and Mishima cross. The dining room occupies restored mid-century interiors with a bar and tiered seating.
