Crystal Jade Melbourne

Crystal Jade is a Cantonese restaurant on Little Bourke Street in Melbourne's Chinatown, serving dim sum in timed lunch sittings and a banquet menu at night. Its signature is a wok-fried snow crab with French foie gras pate, which the restaurant says it created in Melbourne in 1999.
