Dessert Story Chinatown

Dessert Story is a late-trading dessert shop on Little Bourke Street in Melbourne's Chinatown, serving Taiwanese and Hong Kong style sweets. The menu is organised by base - tofu pudding, herbal jelly, purple rice, sago, grass jelly and snow ice - with toppings such as taro balls, sweet potato balls and pearls added on top. A small Taiwanese street-food section also runs savoury items including chicken schnitzel and braised pork on rice.
