Ginza Kagari is the first Australian shop of the Tokyo ramen specialist founded by Makoto Iwata in Ginza in 2013, which was listed in the Michelin Guide in 2016 and 2017. The kitchen builds its menu around Tori Paitan Soba, a creamy slow-simmered chicken broth served with sous-vide chicken chashu and seasonal vegetables. The Russell Street shop is walk-ins only and trades daily from 11am to 9pm.
