Guhng The Palace

Guhng The Palace is a Korean charcoal barbecue restaurant on McKillop Street in the Melbourne CBD, cooking wagyu, Angus, pork and chicken cuts on real charcoal grills at the table. Beyond the grill the menu covers tapas such as corn cheese and fried dumplings, stone-bowl stews including kimchi jjigae and sundubu, Korean pancakes, tteokbokki and deep-fried boneless Korean chicken with a choice of sauces. Charcoal barbecue requires a minimum of two serves per table and the kitchen runs late, closing at midnight with the room open until 1am.
