Il Mercato Centrale

Il Mercato Centrale is an Italian food market in the McPherson's building at the Spencer Street end of Collins Street, spread over three floors with around 18 artisan food stalls, bars, a restaurant and a Neapolitan pizzeria. Food is ordered from the individual artisans by QR code. On Saturdays it runs a ticketed seven-course bottomless lunch.
