Kentaro is an omakase and sushi restaurant on Exhibition Street in Melbourne CBD, led by head chef Ken Kee. It offers counter and table omakase menus built around premium seafood, Japanese wagyu and seasonal produce, alongside a la carte nigiri, sashimi and chirashi plates.
