Kisume

Kisume is a Japanese restaurant on Flinders Lane in the Melbourne CBD, spread over three levels with a sushi and sashimi counter and a chef's table. The menu is built around sashimi, nigiri, maki and tempura alongside grilled mains such as Glacier 51 miso toothfish and Angus steaks. Lunch runs Tuesday to Sunday, dinner seven days, and the chef's table Tuesday to Saturday.
