Makan

Makan is an Indonesian restaurant at 360 Collins Street in the Melbourne CBD, run by sisters Tasia and Gracia Seger, winners of My Kitchen Rules 2016. The dinner menu is a modern a la carte spread of small plates, wok and noodle dishes, satay and charcoal-grilled meats, with regional dishes such as rendang sapi, gulai ayam and martabak telor. A separate weekday lunch menu offers mixed-rice plates including nasi padang and nasi bali.
