Maxims' Cakes

Maxims' Cakes is a traditional Hong Kong-style bakery on Little Bourke Street in Melbourne's Chinatown, run as a small family business. It bakes buns, tarts and fresh cream cakes daily, and its own site says it is best known for its egg tarts, pineapple buns and wife cakes. A second Maxims' shop trades at 152 Bourke Street.
