San Telmo is an Argentinian restaurant on Meyers Place in the Melbourne CBD, run by the San Telmo Group that also operates Asado in Southbank. The menu follows the Argentine tradition of sharing and is built around a charcoal parrilla grill: empanadas, provoleta and chorizo to start, then O'Connor beef cuts from South Gippsland, with dulce de leche desserts such as alfajores and flan. Dylan Perry is named as head chef on the restaurant's site.
