SOT Dining

SOT Dining is a modern Korean restaurant on Bourke Street in the Melbourne CBD, run by TCNC Corp and built around sot, the traditional Korean iron pot. Its menu centres on sotbap, rice cooked to order in a sot with toppings such as grilled market fish, beef steak, chicken, mushroom or seafood, served alone or as a bansang tray with soup and seasonal house-made banchan. The restaurant presents itself as a balanced alternative to Korean BBQ, and also offers shared chef's set menus for a minimum of two people.
