Wong's Late Night Hot Pot Chinatown

Wong's Late Night Hot Pot is a Chongqing-style hot pot restaurant over the ground and first floors of 208-210 Little Bourke Street in Melbourne's Chinatown, open until 2am daily and the original of the brand's two Melbourne stores. Diners choose a soup base — the signature Sichuan spicy base, or pork bone, tomato, mushroom, passionfruit, pork stomach with chicken or fish maw with chicken — then order sliced meats, tripe and house-made pastes to cook at the table. The restaurant does not publish prices on its website.
